Enrollment Process
Step 1 — Schedule a Personal Tour
The best way to discover whether Brighton Adventist Academy is the right fit for your family is to experience it firsthand. We invite you to visit our campus, meet our teachers, observe classrooms, and learn more about our Christ-centered approach to education.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about our academic programs, explore our campus, and discover what makes our school community unique.

Step 2 — Student Visit & Assessment
We want every student to feel confident and excited about joining our school family. Prospective students are invited to spend time in the classroom, meet future classmates, and experience a typical day at Brighton Adventist Academy.
Depending on grade level, students may also complete an academic screening or readiness assessment. This helps us better understand each child’s strengths and needs so we can provide the best possible learning environment and support for success.
Step 3 — Submit an Application
When you’re ready to move forward, complete the online application through our FACTS Family Portal.
The application process includes:
- Student application
- Academic records (if applicable)
- Teacher recommendations (if applicable)
- Birth certificate and immunization records
Our admissions team is available to assist you throughout the process and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4 — Admissions Review
Once all required materials have been received, our Admissions Team will review the application to ensure Brighton Adventist Academy is the right fit for your child and family.
We consider academic readiness, student needs, classroom placement, and our ability to support each student in reaching their God-given potential.
Step 5 — Acceptance & Enrollment
Families will be notified of the admissions decision and, upon acceptance, will receive instructions for completing enrollment through the FACTS Family Portal.
Enrollment includes:
- Completion of enrollment forms
- Tuition and financial agreement setup
- Submission of any remaining documents
- Payment of enrollment fees
Once enrollment is complete, your child officially becomes part of the Brighton Adventist Academy family!

Additional Fees
Participants in the athletics program will be assessed an extra charge to cover equipment, travel, referees, and awards. Extra fees also apply to the Rocky Mountain Music Festival, Outdoor school, Hot Lunch, etc.
